A comprehensive dual-pillar framework engineered to accelerate foundational competencies while entrenching institutional capability across Rwanda's public education system.
Empowering over 310,000 primary learners across 640 target schools in Rwanda to master foundational literacy and numeracy. Structured daily pedagogical routines, decodable Kinyarwanda reading materials, and tailored interventions guarantee that girls and children with disabilities thrive.

In full alignment with Rwanda's Education Sector Strategic Plan (ESSP), our systemic model embeds bi-weekly school-based lesson observation, high-frequency teacher coaching, and data-driven head-teacher leadership across seven target districts, building lasting domestic capacity.

Four synchronized tracks to build classroom competence while removing barriers to quality learning across Rwanda.

Track 01 • Pedagogical Model
Guaranteeing that early primary pupils acquire fluent reading, writing, and arithmetic skills in Kinyarwanda and English by Grade 3 through evidenced pedagogical routines, teacher coaching, and continuous assessment.

Track 02 • Inclusive Education
Transforming educational systems and classroom environments so that 100% of children with disabilities and learning difficulties have accessible learning aids, dignified facilities, and specialized teacher support.

Track 03 • Accelerated Pathways
Re-engaging vulnerable adolescents and children who dropped out of school through accelerated learning centers, remedial hubs, and holistic psychosocial reintegration back into formal education.

Track 04 • Equity & Protection
Embedding rigorous child protection frameworks, girl-friendly school mentorship clubs, and confidential reporting channels across all partner primary schools to eradicate systemic barriers to learning.
We believe every child in Rwanda has the inalienable right to quality education and the strong foundational competencies necessary to reach their fullest potential and drive the nation's socioeconomic transformation.
Embedded within the Rwanda Basic Education Board and district education structures for enduring domestic ownership.
