Adapt early grade reading materials into multimedia Rwandan Sign Language formats for deaf and hard-of-hearing primary pupils in inclusive learning centers.

This consultancy focuses on converting core foundational literacy materials into accessible digital and video formats featuring verified Rwandan Sign Language (RSL) interpretations.

What you will do

Collaborate with the National Council of Persons with Disabilities (NCPD) on sign glossaries.
Produce accessible digital video storybooks with certified RSL interpreters.
Conduct classroom usability testing with deaf and hard-of-hearing pupils.

What we are looking for

Accredited expertise in Rwandan Sign Language interpretation and inclusive education.
Experience developing educational media for children with disabilities.
