Oversee school-level EGRA/EGMA data collection, teacher coaching logs, and digital monitoring systems across 156 treatment primary schools.

We are seeking an experienced District M&E Officer to lead school-level data gathering, verify coaching frequency logs, and maintain statistical dashboards across our Western Hub schools.

What you will do

Coordinate Early Grade Reading and Math Assessment (EGRA/EGMA) fieldwork.
Train school data enumerators and ensure data integrity.
Synthesize monthly progress reports for district education officers.

What we are looking for

Degree in Statistics, Economics, Education, or Social Sciences.
Proven experience with KoboToolbox, ODK, or digital survey platforms.
Willingness to travel extensively across Karongi and Rutsiro.
