Ensure program-wide compliance with national and Government of Rwanda zero-tolerance child safeguarding policies across all partner organizations and schools.

The Safeguarding & Protection Compliance Officer ensures that all LIFT operations, partner organizations, and school activities uphold the highest global and national child protection standards.

What you will do

Administer mandatory safeguarding inductions for all personnel, partners, and contractors.
Conduct regular safeguarding risk assessments in target primary schools.
Manage safe reporting, case management protocols, and referral pathways.

What we are looking for

Degree in Social Work, Human Rights, Law, or related discipline.
5+ years direct experience in child safeguarding within education or development programmes.
